One of the five ways to well being and looking after your mental health is ‘Connect’. Now more than ever in these challenging times it is important to stay connected with family, friends, colleagues, neighbours.  We may have to connect a little bit differently using technology but by staying connected we feel happier and more secure, giving us a better sense of purpose.
