The National FET Learner Forum is a ‘learner voice’ project run by AONTAS, the national adult learning organisation. Sharif and Hewad were invited to attend Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Civic Offices on Thursday to celebrate the learners who took part in the Forum event held this earlier this year. The Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Simon Harris TD gave a keynote speech and Sharif and Hewad were lucky enough to meet the Minister again! The ‘Annual Synthesis Report’ report was launched and there was a learner workshop in the afternoon. Thanks to Aontas for inviting us to this event, it was a very informative enjoyable experience.
