The crops in our garden, including sweetcorn, potatoes, Jerusalem Artichoke etc. are coming up nicely, along with the berry bushes planted, Computer Trainee Sharif harvested a few strawberries from the gardens, which some of the catering trainees made into a meringue. Our herb garden is also coming along nicely, and we’re sharing the produce around the centre, among our trainees and tutors alike.
