“I’m currently working on my QQI level 4 in catering. Throughout my time in CTC I feel like my needs have been catered for and opportunities have been presented to me.

I personally love cooking in terms of the course specifically the Nutrition and Healthy Options module was very enjoyable.

During my time in CTC I was lucky enough for the opportunity to do my work experience in the Sligo Park Hotel. I expect to start a level 6 apprenticeship though my employer after my level 4 here in CTC”.
