
Course Overview
This course is aimed at learners who want a career in the catering industry. QQI accreditation can be achieved in modules such as Short Order Cooking, Nutrition and Healthy Options, Handling Food Hygienically, Breakfast Cookery and Operating a Dishwasher. Learners will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in our live training kitchen, as we provide breakfast and lunch for our learners on site on a daily basis.
This programme provides an opportunity to participate in work experience within the hotel, catering and tourism industry.

Award
Successful completion of this course will result in a QQI Level 3 Employability Skills 3M0935 or Level 4 component awards.
