During Mens Health Week 2020, people in Ireland are being asked to start the process of #RestoringTheBalance and to do practical things – no matter how small – to be part of the solution.  Cancer awareness and prevention is an area where this can be realistically achieved.

Did you know that there are a number of steps that men could take to cut their cancer risk?  For example, making small healthy lifestyle choices every day; knowing the signs of cancer; checking for changes in your body; getting screening tests; asking to be checked out if you notice anything unusual or if you’re worried about your health.
